Kobaien in February

Dolls in traditional costumes are displayed in the Koubeien store.

In Japan, March 3rd is called Momo-no-Sekku, a day to wish for the healthy growth of girls.

It is customary to display dolls in traditional costumes. People start decorating their houses with dolls around the beginning of February.
