Kin-Sakuragata — 金 (kin, gold) 櫻 (sakura, cherry blossom) 形 (mold) — is a top-grade rapeseed-oil soot ink, taken from the same cherry-blossom mold as Kobaien's Sakuragata line, this time given a gold finish.
The dark ink is especially fine: smooth, light, and calm, settling into a shallow black, while the light ink turns a soft grayish blue.
A quiet, gilded companion to a shape that has followed Kobaien's history for generations.
